Jesus Youth Jubilee - Dec 28, 2010 to Jan1, 2011 at Kochi, Kerala , India. Theme Song by Rexband International.
Composed and recorded over a month, the Jubilee theme song arose out of a desire to create an easily singable, energetic, catchy anthem that reflects the joy and exuberance of Jesus Youth. The fusion of ethnic Indian rhythms and world music styles hark to the origins of the movement while signaling its international flavour. Besides being centred on the theme 'Refined-Renewed-Radiant', the song attempts to capture the spirit of the awesome coming together of Jesus Youth during the Jubilee, the centrality of Jesus in the movement and the eventful journey over the last 25 years. It draws some of its essential ideas from the 43rd & 60th chapters of the book of Isaiah.
