A Testimony

Dear brothers & sisters in Christ!

Praise the Lord Almighty!

I would like to share with you a wonderfull testimony regarding my job. I
offer this testimony it to everybody who are without job and struggling with
darkness all around.Praise God! First let me just run through the past 1
year.

I worked with one international carrier in officer grade for 2 years, due to
recession, management decided to temporarily suspend flights for 6
months(April09) and 80% of employees(including me) had to go on unpaid leave
during this period.Praise God!.Eventhoug we were offered a compensation, i
decided not to take compensation and resign, but to wait till operations
resumed. This was the tough part, as i was a busy person with no time and one
fine day...i was finding difficult to run through the day Praise God!
Initially for 2/3 days it was ok....but as days passed..it was becoming
tough...My son was only 6 months so i could spend some time to take care of
him.

Later they recalled everybody and re-joined on October 09 and all staff were
happy and lives resumed back to normal. It went on smoothly till ,Januvary10,
when everybody got the real shock of their lives. Management decided to close
the station. Praise the Lord!!! I started applying for jobs, and later got job
in my hometown. I decided to take it up and had to moove away from my family
in Bangalore. But things did not go on well, and had to resign and come back
to Bangalore.

This time, time used to pass away, as my son grew up and i was busy with him,
taking him to park, walks, etc. I applied to numerous jobs, but not even one
interview calls. At times, it felt dissapointed, when i watch other people
going for jobs and thought, when i would be able to go. I used to stare at my
executive shirts piled in my cupboard and wondered when i would be able to
wear them. Praise Lord! I was getting to be frustrated.

This continued till last week, where i applied for an opening and got
selected in a much better Airline, much better designation. I joined last
Friday and i have 6 staff reporting to me . Praise Lord!!!

This is very much than i expected! I thought of getting atleast an ordinary
job, but Lord Almighty gave me the best!!!

Thank you Jesus for lifting me up and rescuing me. It's only by His Grace and
Mercy, that i have been able to get this....To be very open to everybody, i
don't have the calibre for this coveted post with this Airline......I also
don't know what to do...how to go about....
But i know for sure...My Lord is there for me...guiding,supporting and holding
me in his palm and taking care of me...Praise Lord..!!!! May your mighty name
be exhalted..!!! Glorify your Holy Name...!!! Another think i would like to
share particularly is the wonderfull support i got my my family especially my
wife. Praise God.

I hope and pray that this testimony enlighten, open-up minds and lives of
people(particularly youth) who are struggling for jobs ....Please recite 1
Hail Mary for the unemployed in this World and May them find solace in the
Ever-Lasting Love and Mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ.
