Was the commandments written by God himself on stone tablets at Mount Sinai?

Does God's fingers inscribed covenant Laws? At which place did the Israelites received laws ?

During the return of Israelites from the land of Goshen in Ejypt to Promised land Cannan under the leadership of Moses, they halted near Mount Sinai*.

Moses went up to the mount to pray and seek the guidance from the Lord Yahweh. There God made an everlasting covenant with people of Israel and gave ten commandments that they and their generations should follow. Lord himself inscribed this on on stone tablets.

Ten commandments or Law of covenant is the only text in Holy Bible written directly by God.

Exodus, chapter 31 Verse 18 Says:

When the Lord finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two tablets of the covenant law, the tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God. (Exodus 31 : 18)

Exodus, chapter 32 Verse 15-16 Says:

Moses turned and went down the mountain with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands. They were inscribed on both sides, front and back. The tablets were the work of God; the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets.

Exodus, Chapter 34 Verse 1 Says:

The Lord said to Moses, “Chisel out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I will write on them the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke........"
*Mount Sinai is also referred as Mount Horeb

“[A Third Time Jesus Foretells His Death and Resurrection] While Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside by themselves, and said to them on the way, “See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death; then they will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified; and on the third day he will be raised.”” -Matthew 20: 17-19
